 With breathtaking elegance and sophistication, the Forbes Five-Star Georgian Room provides a superb dining experience. Savor “Refined Southern” cuisine amid a stately fireplace with a carved stone mantel, gold and crystal chandeliers, and impeccable tableside service. Popular menu items include Milk Poached Baby Chicken, Potato Dumplings with Tarragon Mustard Jus and Golden Tile Fish with Maine Lobster, Artichokes, and Carrot Confit. The Georgian Room’s indulgent fare is served on hand-painted china, silver flatware, and European linens – and complemented by a world-class wine list. Guests with adventurous palates can also sample an exciting Chef's Tasting Menu or take part in our Chef's Table experience (by reservation only).

- Attire: Coat, collared shirt and slacks are required for gentlemen and young men over 12 years old. Ties are optional.
