When you join us at the Georgian Room, Georgia’s only Forbes Five-Star restaurant, you can expect the finest ingredients. Food that is traditional, yet modern. You’re sitting down to more than just a meal. You’re in for an unexpected culinary experience. Your sommelier will guide you through wine pairings like an old friend showing you around their hometown. The Georgian Room is a AAA Five Diamond restaurant full of fine things: chandeliers, hand-painted china, European linens, world-class wine list. But it’s the people who are the real shining stars.

Attire:

Breakfast: Casual attire is acceptable. Tank tops, swim, and fitness attire are not permitted.

Dinner: A jacket, collared shirt, and slacks are required for gentlemen and boys over 8. Cocktail attire recommended for ladies. Jackets are requested to remain on for the duration of the dining or event experience.

Diver Scallop & Caviar  

Seared Diver Scallop, Lemongrass, Yuzu Hollandaise


Seared scallops from Hokkaido Japan topped with osetra German caviar and then finished with a Hollandaise but with yuzu instead of lemon juice. Yuzu is a mix between a lemon and a lime from Japan. Finished with some sea beans and sour bites.

The Garden

There’s no better way to start your day. A five-star à la carte breakfast, with beautiful garden views. Soak up sunny skies and plan your day ahead, surrounded by the lush immaculate Cloister Garden. A breath of fresh air. Breakfast daily and dinner by request, weather permitting.

Private Dining

Enjoy all the Georgian Room has to offer in the privacy of your own dining room. Try the cozy comfort of The Cloister Library. Surrounded by gold-leaf chandeliers, custom-designed sconces, and a ceiling like no other: heart pine beams inspired by an English country house, it’s the perfect spot for an intimate private dinner. Available for groups of eight to twenty.

Meet Chef Julian Scheibel, Chef de Cuisine

Chef Julian grew up in Ober-Morlen, a small town outside of Frankfurt, Germany. His first job was picking mushrooms with his grandmother and selling them at the local market. At age 16, he attended the Hotelier and Gastronomy school in Butzbach, Germany.
