Floor Plans & Capacities

The Cloister

An elegant, architectural gem, with 20 meeting rooms, from intimate boardrooms for 10 to ballrooms for 500. Eight outdoor spaces, including terraces, patios, garden and courtyard, Rainbow Island overlooking Black Banks River, and the Sea Island Beach Club, overlooking miles of private beach.

The Lodge

The rich warmth of The Lodge beckons. And so does a welcoming collection of meeting spaces and boutique-style accommodations: five meeting rooms, an intimate wine cellar, and three outdoor spaces—including a screened-in veranda, covered veranda, and lawn. Conveniently located only five minutes from the private McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport.

The Inn and Retreat

For a more casual setting, look to The Inn at Sea Island, with 650 square feet of meeting space. The nearby Sea Island Retreat Clubhouse features over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space (with its largest meeting room at 1,440 square feet) overlooking the beautiful Retreat Golf Course.

The Cloister Ballroom I, II, and III, our largest interior space, with decorative wood ceiling, upholstered, movable walls, chandeliers, and a combined capacity of up to 500 guests in 7,855 square feet of space.
