You name it, we’ve got it—and more! From a fast and fun calorie-burning outdoor HIIT class to a gentle yoga session. Challenge your muscles. And your mind. Tabata, boot camp, drills. Stretching, dancing, paddleboarding. We’ve got a class for every level, every intensity, and every body. Who knew being fit could be so much fun?

Aqua Fit
A challenging, low-impact, fun, in-the-pool workout. Improves strength and endurance.

45 minutes

Bands, Balls, & Bosus
Challenge all major muscle groups with a fun and intense session incorporating balance, strength, and cardio.

55 minutes

Cardio Boot Camp
Cardio, tabata, step, plyometric, and core drills—a full body workout.

Cardio Reformer
High-intensity/low-impact cardio and strength interval training. $30/person. Requires a reservation 24 hours in advance.

Cycle Circuit
High-intensity intervals on the bike combined with strength and core challenge off the bike. Some classes may conclude with an additional 30-minute stretch.

Cycle Sculpt
This class combines the best of everything: cycling, strength, core, and flexibility. A variety of equipment is utilized for a full body workout.

Indoor Cycle
A cycle odyssey for all levels combining various tempos and intervals. Non-impact.

The Fine Print


For your safety and well-being, please be on time to take full advantage of what each class has to offer. Classes are first-come, first-served and must register in person the day of the class. Classes close 10 minutes after they commence. Hotel & Cottage guests are welcomed to attend fitness classes for $20 fee per class. Please note some specialty classes have unique costs associated.
