Cottage Rentals is pleased to offer grocery delivery services for our guests. This service includes placing your ordered groceries in your rental accommodation on the day of arrival for a delivery fee of $95.
GEORGIA LAW PROHIBITS the delivery of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products. Please do not attempt to order these items, as we will be unable to deliver them for you.
Below are instructions to place your online order with the local Harris Teeter grocery store.
Please note, 24-hour advance notice is required to guarantee your order is delivered on your arrival day. Orders received with less than 24-hour notice will be delivered on the following day.
Harris Teeter Online Shopping Instructions

Use “Type a description” to find all your desired items at ease. Also, please note GEORGIA LAW PROHIBITS the delivery of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products. Please do not attempt to order these items, as we will be unable to deliver them for you.
Click on “Check Out” when complete.
The first time you order, you will be asked to register. As part of the initial registration process you will be asked for your VIC card number. *If you do not have a VIC card to obtain offered discounts, you may enter #468024405124.*
Select your pick up for your arrival date and the earliest pick up time available. Grocery delivery to your cottage is not guaranteed before 4 p.m.
Select “credit card” when asked what form of payment
Once you receive your Order Receipt email from Harris Teeter, please forward a copy to [email protected] and include your name and cottage number, so that we know to schedule a pick up.
When ordering, note the following starter supplies are included in your accommodations:
Small shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion, one each per bath

The Lodge is not available for the dates you have chosen. We are beginning an enhancement project on July 10 that will continue through August and thought it best to close sleeping rooms so that we would not negatively impact our guest experience. Our three golf courses, Golf Pro Shop, Golf Performance Center and locker rooms will remain open. Evening dining will be available at Colt & Alison and the Oak Room, and the bagpiper will continue to play from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. each evening. Please check our other properties for availability. We are offering an Unlimited Golf Package at both The Cloister and The Inn during The Lodge closure.
