This evening features the wines of Chateau d’Esclans from Provence and two French Master Chefs, Nico Romo of the restaurant NICO in Charleston, South Carolina, and Jonathan Jerusalmy, Sea Island’s Director of Food and Beverage – Restaurants and Culinary. Your journey begins with a glass of Whispering Angel Rosé and fresh shucked oysters on the Ocean Room Patio. Join Chef Nico and Chef Jonathan for fabulous cuisine paired with the wines of famed Chateau d’Esclans. The evening concludes with an array of sweets and a final pairing.
