Holiday Hustle

Give the gift of health this holiday with a workout class led by the Sea Island fitness trainers. This class will be a hardcore total body workout consisting of planks, push-ups, squats, and much more!

Casual workout attire is acceptable and proper athletic shoes must be worn within the Fitness Center. Access to the Fitness Center is restricted to ages 15 and up. To view the full policy, click here.
