Seasonal Dining

A seafood spread that began more than a half-century ago. Tried and true Southern favorites. And holiday celebrations that keep getting bigger, better, and more memorable than the one before. Seasons come and go, but our celebrations, seasonal dinners, and traditions are always close to our heart.

Rainbow Island Supper

Roasted oysters, shrimp, and Brunswick stew. Collard greens, fried chicken, and Georgia pecan pie. The same classics have been served up at our beloved Rainbow Island Suppers for more than 50 years, laid out in a festive spread under majestic oaks. We’ve since added a covered pavilion, playground, and a stage for live music. Little did we know in the 1950s when The Cloister began hosting an outdoor feast on Friday nights we’d be happily carrying the tradition on, from the first strike of the dinner bell until well into the starlit night.

Offered Spring and Summer on various dates.

Holiday Dining

Time-honored traditions, imagination-fuelled parties, and themed activities. Festive decorations, delectable feasts, and plenty of sweet memories to be made. We like to make every day special at Sea Island. So when holidays and special occasions come around, we really pull out all the stops. From gingerbread house decorating to a giant Easter egg hunt. A New Year’s Eve party under the stars on the terrace to an annual Independence Day parade down Sea Island Drive. We set the stage, but you make the magic.
