The entry to Cottage 103 features a sky-blue ceiling - a nod to the Gullah tradition ensuring good luck - and honey-color floors that contrast beautifully with the cream walls. A well-equipped office to the left features a beautiful desk, paneled walls, a wet bar, wall-mounted television, and a wine cooler. Toward the rear of the house, your eye will be drawn to the marsh views. The beamed ceiling is a traditional touch, but the open floor plan is modern. The living area beckons with a plush couch and armchairs in front of the fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers a spacious rectangular table with seating for eight.
The roomy and well-equipped kitchen features double Thermador ovens, a four-burner gas range with a central grill feature, a large refrigerator, and a convenient center island with barstool seating and a prep sink. Blue-green tile provides a pop of color in the backsplash and frames the farm-style sink windows with its amazing views. A cozy breakfast room with shiplap siding and a banquette is just steps away.
The first-floor master suite is an elegantly furnished retreat on the opposite side of the house. A vaulted planked ceiling gives the room an extra-spacious appeal. The king bed features blue upholstery and a sitting area with slip-covered chairs that occupy a quaint nook. The bath has twin vanities, a glass and tile shower, and a walk-in closet with a dressing area.
Upstairs there is a casually furnished den with comfortable seating and a large television, along with three bedrooms, each with unique charm.
