“Broadfield Re-creates the Classic Southern Style Farmhouse – Then Some” - Architectural Digest

Carved from the grounds of one of the South’s earliest hunting clubs, Broadfield is a unique sporting club that offers intimate accommodations. The 5,800-acre property boasts an array of hunting, fishing and shooting activities and hosts a Main House flanked by a Pool House, with additional accommodations in a Guest Cabin. The compound may be rented in its entirety by one group or by two separate groups.

Broadfield’s Main House has three bedrooms with two full baths, a comfortably furnished library with a fireplace, and a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen. Accented with salvaged brick flooring, and centered by a large butcher block island, the kitchen connects to a graciously appointed dining room that seats up to twelve and overlooks one of the sweeping open porches that surround the house.

The Main House overlooks an intimate courtyard with a swimming pool and Pool House, which has one bedroom, one bath and a steam sauna. In the courtyard, adjacent to the Main House, is a separate den/living room. The Main House and Pool House are only rented together as one unit and can accommodate up to ten guests. They cannot be rented separately.

Also part of the compound is a charming Guest Cabin that can be rented together with the Main House or on its own as a cozy retreat. With two bedrooms, three full baths and a well-appointed, comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, it can accommodate up to four guests.

Main House

• Master with king bed
• Two bedrooms with two queen beds
• One full bathroom with a stand-up shower and separate tub
• One full bathroom with a combination tub/shower
• Library, kitchen and dining room
• Separate den/living room adjacent to house

Pool House

• One bedroom with two twin beds
• One full bathroom with stand-up shower

The Main House and Pool House are only rented together as one unit and can accommodate up to eight guests. Broadfield accommodations include food and beverages for three meals daily. Alcohol is additional.

Guest Cabin

• Two bedrooms, each with two twin beds
• Two full bathrooms with stand-up showers
• One full bathroom with tub/shower combination

The Guest Cabin may be rented on its own accommodating up to four guests or together with the Main House to accommodate a total group up to twelve. Broadfield accommodations include food and beverages for three meals daily. Alcohol is additional.
