American Cuisine at The Lodge
A Cut Above
Dimly lit, warm, intimate. Made for romance or engaging conversation, in equal measure. A special night out or an ordinary day made extraordinary. Where steak lovers flock and dinner is more than items ordered off a menu, it’s an experience.
On its surface, a classic steakhouse, with the finest cuts of USDA wet- and dry-aged beef, the freshest local seafood, and locally sourced side dishes. But once settled in, you’ll also find the most interactive experience of all our restaurants, your meal elevated by show-stopping dishes prepared table-side. Think Caesar Salad made just for you, Bananas Foster set into flames, and Wagyu Short Rib cooked in front of you on a Himalayan salt block.
Dresscode:
A collared shirt, slacks or well-kept denim, and closed-toed shoes are required for gentlemen and boys over eight. Jackets are recommended, but not required. Sweaters, including hooded ones, may be worn over a collared shirt. Cocktail attire is recommended for ladies.

Southern-Inspired Steakhouse
Take a seat in a cozy banquette by the glow of a wood-burning fireplace. The wine list is carefully curated, the cocktails attentively prepared. The menu begs for one of everything—starters, sides, accents, entrees, and of course, dessert. And the table is always set for a memorable evening. It’s impressive, from the inside out. But the experience of it all—elegant inviting setting, gracious attentive service, incomparable food—is far greater than the sum of its parts.
The Lodge’s deep golf heritage is never more than a carefully placed trophy, drawing, or photo away. For a more immediate reminder, grab a table with a beautiful view overlooking the 18th hole of Plantation.
