Sautéed Atlantic Triple Tail

Seared to sweet flaky perfection in a cast iron skillet, our wild-caught Atlantic triple tail is a succulent treat. Simple preparation highlights the delicate taste of this mild white fish with just a drizzle of lemon butter to enhance the flavor. Grilled asparagus and locally sourced eggplant, zucchini, and squash in an aromatic tomato broth provide the perfect accompaniment.
