Reopening of Georgian Rooms

We are thrilled to unveil the redesigned and reconcepted Georgian Rooms! Now with an enlarged footprint, Georgian Rooms offers multiple “rooms” – including a cozy Library with soft seating, an intimate Lounge serving sushi, and a stunning Dining Room with an inviting bar that leads into the warm glow of a glass-enclosed Orangery. The Dining Room is an upscale take on the classic American grill while the Lounge offers a tempting selection of Japanese cuisine including maki, sashimi, sushi, and more.

Colt & Alison Expansion

Colt & Alison recently received an expansion and redesign! The restaurant now includes a fully enclosed space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the 18th hole and a new arrival experience for diners. For intimate gatherings, Colt & Alison has introduced a new semi-private dining room adjacent to the legendary fireplace and one fully private dining room showcasing golf course and ocean views. This expansion also provided additional seating to Oak Room with expansive views toward the St. Simons Sound.
