Coastal Place Apartments

Located within the campus of the College of Coastal Georgia (CCGA), 16 miles from Sea Island, Coastal Place Apartments is located in the town of Brunswick. Used primarily in summer months, accommodations at Coastal Place Apartments include fully furnished units with double occupancy bedrooms (with twin XL beds) with one shared bathroom. Units also include a shared living room, dining space, in-unit kitchen, and a hard-keyed exterior entrance (please note, a $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost keys). Roommates are typically paired by home country and gender, ensuring a culturally familiar and comfortable living arrangement for all residents.

Community areas at Coastal Place Apartments include a complimentary laundry room. Residents at Coastal Place Apartments may utilize the Sea Island shuttle, which provides daily transportation to The Cloister, The Lodge, and Sea Island Beach Club. Additional amenities include free parking, complimentary WiFi, cable hookup, and routine security patrols are provided by CCGA Police Department.

It is important for residents to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the code of conduct. All guests in team member housing are expected to read and sign the housing handbook, found by scanning the QR code here. Failure to comply with these regulations and adhere to expectations may result in the termination of the individual’s visa assignment.
