Each unit is complete with a kitchenette, which enables residents a space to prepare meals conveniently within the housing facility. Additionally, common areas and an on-site laundry room are available for Econo Lodge residents. Roommate assignments are typically paired by home country and gender, ensuring a culturally familiar and comfortable living arrangement for all residents.

Residents at Econo Lodge may utilize the Sea Island shuttle, which provides daily transportation to The Cloister, The Lodge, and Sea Island Beach Club. Additional amenities include free parking, complimentary WiFi, cable hookup, and routine security patrols provided by Glynn County Police Department.
