Sea Island is excited to announce the opening of new international employee housing in March 2025! These new 4-bedroom units are located on St. Simons Island, minutes from the resort.

Work and Travel (W&T) J1
Arrival
If the W&T J1 or agency is scheduling travel, they will need to schedule travel according to the Sea Island airport shuttle schedule. If students arrive outside of that schedule, transportation will need to be handled by the student and at their own expense. Sea Island requires 5 days’ notice of any intern/ trainee arrival to ensure that we have a room prepared and to notify roommates.
Orientation
“Traditions in Excellence” is the name of orientation at Sea Island and takes place over two days. You will be expected to attend this orientation upon your arrival at Sea Island. Orientation will teach you about our company culture and history. Lunch is provided on both days. Attire is resort professional.
