All of our steaks are fantastic, but the 36oz Prime Porterhouse for Two is definitely the most exciting cut on our menu. It is meant for sharing between two to three people and is served with a choice of two sides and sauce.

An exposed-brick staircase carries guests through candlelight to the intimate, bottle-lined chamber to a very private multi-course meal. The well-balanced collection offers prestigious international classics, vintages dating to the 1830s, traditional favorites, and adventurous varietals, as well as five exclusive Sea Island private-label wines produced by esteemed vintners.

Meet Chef Brendan Davey

Chef Brendan Davey started his culinary career at the young age of 14, as a dishwasher at a country club. He was quick to learn the business and in years to follow, he advanced to line cook. With a passion for learning and personal growth, Chef Davey enrolled in the Florida Culinary Institute where he formalized his already extensive experience.
