An Event to Remember.

Step back in time through exposed-brick staircases by candlelight to the intimate, bottle-lined chambers to a very private multi-course meal at The Cloister and The Lodge.

The Cloister’s Wine Cellar features a heart pine wooden ceiling created from a mid-1800s South Carolina sawmill and limestone from North Georgia. Dine on a handmade English oak estate table adjacent to ironwork imported from England and France. Sip from Sea Island’s impressive award-winning wine collection—more than 1,000 labels of old and new world vintages.

Meanwhile, The Lodge, dine on featured selections from Colt & Alison’s menu paired with our impressive award-winning wine collection. The well-balanced collection offers prestigious international classics, vintages dating to the 1900s, traditional favorites, and adventurous varietals, as well as five exclusive Sea Island private-label wines produced by esteemed vintners.
