Chef de Cuisine Joel Peralta presents a lavish multi-course menu; each plate paired with illustrious expressions from The Macallan—from the timeless Core Range to highly coveted Limited Releases. A distinguished representative from The Macallan will guide the journey, while Resort Bars & Spirits Manager Nic Wallace elevates the experience with bespoke whisky pours and cocktails. Following dinner, guests may elect to purchase additional, exquisitely measured pours from The Macallan Fine & Rare Collection and sign the exclusive “Sea Island x The Macallan” secret book.
