You name it, we’ve got it—and more! From a fast and fun calorie-burning outdoor HIIT class to a gentle yoga session. Challenge your muscles. And your mind. Tabata, boot camp, drills. Stretching, dancing, paddleboarding. We’ve got a class for every level, every intensity, and every body. Who knew being fit could be so much fun?

Group Class Descriptions

Aqua Fit
A challenging, low-impact, fun, in-the-pool workout. Improves strength and endurance.

45 minutes

Cycle Circuit

High-intensity intervals on the bike combined with strength and core challenge off the bike. Some classes may conclude with an additional 30-minute stretch.

55 minutes

Cycle Sculpt
This class combines the best of everything: cycling, strength, core, and flexibility. A variety of equipment is utilized for a full body workout.

60 minutes

Indoor Cycle
A cycle odyssey for all levels combining various tempos and intervals. Non-impact.

Outdoor HIIT
A fast-paced and fun full-body calorie burner. This class utilizes the High-Intensity Interval Training principle to ramp up your metabolism in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Pilates Reformer Cardio Mix
A combo class that uses reformers and jumpboards, This high-energy class will challenge you and your heart rate. 30 minutes of worked followed by a stretch. Previous experience required.

Did you know some foods can create an inflammatory response in your body that can lead to sickness? Find out what foods prevent inflammation and what foods cause it. And when you’re done, a cryotherapy session will help with range of motion, chronic pain, and a good night’s sleep! 45 minute one-on-one session with 15 minutes of cryotherapy.

Holistic Happy Hour
Healthy and happy, a mixology class with a wellness twist! Using fresh foods, herbs, and Naturopathica tinctures (liquid herbs) create (and sample!) delicious cocktails or mocktails. Learn the importance and benefits of foods used to support wellness in the form of a refreshing beverage. Gin, rum, tequila are used; non-alcoholic options are available. Who knew healthy could be so fun!

Convenient and Healthy Meals
Healthy cooking shouldn’t be a mystery, and with this class, it no longer is! Because when you’re hungry, the last thing you want to do is pour over cookbooks and launch into a complicated recipe. Learn to prepare healthy meals that are convenient and don’t take all day that will have everyone around the table asking for seconds.

On-the-Go Food Options
When life is busy, being prepared isn’t half the battle, it is the battle. We’ll take you through some fast and easy meal options that are designed to be easy to pack, easy to go. And delicious to eat. Mason jar salads, make-ahead meals, super snacks, and more.

Confident Cook
When it comes to cooking, confidence is key, especially when it comes to knife skills. Because foods that are chopped, sliced, and diced to the same size and shape cook at the same rate, which makes you look like a pro. You can also impress your family and friends with your new-found talent and wow them with a beautiful dish. In this class you’ll learn how to properly chop garlic, onions, peppers, and various herbs and end up with a delicious soup!

For your safety and well-being, please be on time to take full advantage of what each class has to offer. Classes are first-come, first-served and  close 10 minutes after they commence.
