First Step
Now that you’ve booked your Lodge Residence, the next step is to sign your Lodge Residence Lodging Agreement. With this signature, your trip to Sea Island is officially on the books and the countdown can begin.

Prior to Arrival
It's time to plan!
Your rental comes with a team of dedicated concierges ready to assist with the details of your stay. These include dining, tee times, babysitting arrangements, and activity and spa reservations. We recommend making these reservations at least three months out.
We also offer a few other services to ensure a seamless stay. Click each item below to learn more.
Pre-arrival and post-departure cleanings are included in your rental rate. Additional housekeeping services are available for an additional charge.
Arrive to your Residence with a stocked fridge and pantry with the help of our grocery delivery service.

Arrival
Check-in begins at 4 p.m.
The day has come and we look forward to welcoming you to Sea Island. Here are a few details for today.
- Lodge Residences check-in begins at 4 p.m. but may vary during peak arrival periods.
- Check-in at The Lodge Concierge Desk.
- After checking in, you will be escorted to your Residence by a Lodge Butler.
- If your Residences is not ready, you will be directed to available amenities and contacted when the home is ready for your arrival.

For a smooth and seamless check-in, please let us know when you’ll arrive.
Departure
Check out by 10 a.m.
Upon departure, please leave the Lodge Residence in a neat and orderly manner and secure the home by closing all windows, turning off all lights and small appliances, and locking all exterior access doors.
The check-out process is complete and charges cease once keys are returned to The Lodge Concierge Desk. For security purposes, guests not returning all keys will be assessed a re-keying charge of $100.
