Join our Sea Island personal trainers for a 60-minute full body workout including HIIT, functional training, and boot camp style drills. Push through suspension training that benefits strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability by combining multiple of functional exercises. These exercises adjust to all fitness levels, while utilizing your own body weight. Ages 16 and up welcome.
Casual workout attire is acceptable and proper athletic shoes must be worn within the Fitness Center. Access to the Fitness Center is restricted to ages 15 and up. To view the full policy, click here.
