Camps & Clinics

The Sea Island Golf Performance Center offers an array of camps for juniors of various ages, skill levels, and abilities. Improve in one our camps below or call the Golf Performance Center and register for a clinic.

Sea Island Player Development Program

Looking to reach your full potential? This training program is designed for junior, college, and aspiring professional golfers looking for access to an elite coaching staff in order develop their game to the highest possible level. The coaching team is made up of a Player Development Coach and Specialists in all areas of the game leaving no stone unturned.

 

There are two forms of the program, Local and National. The Local program is for players looking for year round access to their team whereas the National program would be comprised of four quarterly visits and online remote coaching in between visits.

2018 Summer Elite Junior Golf School

Train like a top touring professional with instruction from Jack Lumpkin, Dr. Morris Pickens, Randy Myers, Daniel Gray and Jared Zak. This school is for the motivated junior player looking to improve his/her long game, short game, mental game, and golf fitness with an emphasis on course management and tournament preparation. This holistic approach will teach students to practice and play golf more efficiently. This is a golf intense weeklong program that is structured to prepare juniors for competing successfully at a national level. This program is designed for players ages 12-18 that have a handicap of 10 or better.

Daily Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday
9 a.m.–12 p.m. – Instruction
12–1 p.m. – Lunch with the instructors
1–4 p.m. – Practice and on-course instruction

Dates: June 19–23 and June 26–30, and July 24–28
Eligibility: Age 12–18, handicap 10 or less
Fee: Member – $2,295 Guest – $2,700

2018 Summer Junior Players Golf Camp

Learn, practice, play, and compete with our elite and senior instruction staff. This 5-day camp is for the motivated junior golfer looking to improve his/her long game, short game, and golf fitness. This weeklong program will cover personal swing development, the finer points of how to practice and play golf more efficiently, and how to prepare for competition. This program is designed for golfers age 11-17 and have a handicap of 15 or less.

Daily Schedule:

9 a.m.–12 p.m. – Instruction
12–1 p.m. – Lunch with the instructors
1–4 p.m. – Practice and on-course instruction

Dates: July 16–20 and August 6–10
Eligibility: Age 12–18, handicap of 15 or less
Fee: Member $1,725/Guest $2,025

2018 Summer Scoring Golf Camp

Learn to practice, play, and compete with Daniel Gray and Jared Zak. This 4-day scoring camp is for the motivated junior player looking to improve his/her scoring. This program will cover strategy, tactics, game planning, how to practice and play golf more efficiently, and how to prepare for competition. This program is designed for golfers age 11-17 and have a handicap of 10 or less.

Daily Schedule:

9 a.m.–12 p.m. – Instruction
12–1 p.m. – Lunch with the instructors
1–5 p.m. – Practice and on-course instruction

Dates: July 9–12
Eligibility: Age 12–18/handicap 10 or less
Fee: Member $1,475/Guest $1,725

2018 Summer Mini Junior Golf Camp

Learn and experience golf in a fun and productive atmosphere. This camp is for the aspiring junior golfer looking to improve his/her game and confidence. The focus of this camp is to instill lifelong fundamentals and a passion for the game. Swing development, short game fundamentals, course knowledge, and the rules of golf are the corner stones to this camp. This program is designed for golfers age 9-14 and who have some golf experience.

Daily Schedule:

Sunday–Tuesday
1–3 p.m. – Full swing and short game instruction
3–5 p.m. – On-course instruction and play

Dates: June 10–12, June 24–26, July 1–3, July 15–17, and July 29–31
Eligibility: Age 9–14, must have some golf experience
Fee: Member – $575 Guest – $675

2018 Summer Girls Golf Camp

1–3 p.m. – Full Swing, Chipping, and Pitching
3–5 p.m. – On-course instruction and play

Monday
10 a.m.–1 p.m. – Full Swing and Putting
1–2 p.m. – Lunch with the instructors
2–5 p.m. – On-course instruction and play

Tuesday
9–11 a.m. – Full Swing, Chipping, Pitching, and Bunker
11 a.m.–1 p.m. – On-course instruction and play

Dates: July 5–7
Eligibility: Age 10–17, must have some golf experience
Fee: Member – $760 Guest – $895
