In this case, we have the rare opportunity to sit round the proverbial table and break bread with Harlen Wheatley, Master Distiller of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Harlen has spent the past 21 years at Buffalo Trace mastering the art of distillation. He is responsible for making some of the most elusive bourbons and most sought after whiskies in the world. Under his lead, Buffalo Trace has been awarded the number one distillery in the United States for the past ten years. Spirit Specialist Jessica Zigman and Chef Julian Scheibel work in tandem with one another to masterfully prepare cocktails and cuisine worthy of these rare spirits. $150/person.
