Cruise through the marshes in search of trout, redfish, flounder, and whiting. For one to four people.
Fly fishing is offered seasonally and available by request. Fish Sea Island’s shallow water flats boat in search of the tailing redfish, or travel a creek for a big school of speckled trout.

Some of the finest fishing on the east coast starts right here at the Sea Island Yacht Club. Fishing trips, private salt marsh nature and dolphin tour, hands-on fish dissection and dock fishing, the Coastal Experience Center is also the launching point for the Sea Island Explorer. Exit The Cloister Main Building from the river side, go down the stairs towards the dock, and take a left down the path. Your coastal adventure awaits.
The Cloister Dock 39-foot Contender Fishing Trips
Enjoy bottom fishing over an artificial reef. Hit the Gulf Stream for tuna, marlin, and more, or live-bait fish for mackerel, cobia, barracuda, and sailfish. For one to six people.
Rainbow Island Backwater Sunfish Sailing
This sailing lesson introduces wind direction, tidal currents, rigging the boat, identifying the purposes of the daggerboard, rudder, and sails. Also learn the fundamentals of rope knots.
Coastal Experience Center Fish Dissection and Dock Fishing
Hands-on experience where kids will learn the ins and outs of a commonly caught fish.
