Play in the tradition of legendary Scottish links style, surrounded by tidal creeks, dunes, salt marshes, and the Atlantic Ocean. Seaside is both challenging and enjoyable.
Seaside will be closed May 1–October 18, 2026 for renovation.
As Seaside nears its 25th anniversary in 2026, a thoughtful restoration will soon be underway to honor its legacy as a premier Tom Fazio design. Led by Love Golf Design and executed by MacCurrach Golf Course Construction, the project will preserve the course’s original character while introducing some enhancements. The course will be closed May 1 – October 18, 2026 to complete this work.

18-hole rate includes green and cart fees, range balls, forecaddie, and club cleaning.* Tax and gratuity are additional.
Forecaddie fee is additional for 9 holes, replay rate, and twilight. Junior rates (ages 18 and under, staying at the resort) are: 18 holes–$85 (cart and caddie included), 9 holes–$45 (cart and caddie included). Click here for caddie information.
Dress Code
Gentlemen
Tailored Bermuda and walking shorts are permissible providing they are no higher than 3 1/2 inches above the knee. Cut-offs, athletic shorts, swimsuits, tennis shorts, blue jeans, and jogging attire are not appropriate. Tucked-in collared shirts must be worn at all times. Shirts without collars including crew neck shirts, fishnet shirts, t-shirts and tank tops are not appropriate (t-shirts are permissible for children under 16 years of age).
Ladies
Halter tops, bathing suit tops, revealing clothing, short shorts, cut-offs, tennis, swimming and jogging attire are not appropriate.
Shoes
Soft-soled and golf shoes with non-metal spikes, please. No sandals.
Hats
Hats are permitted and bill must face forward. Gentlemen, please remove hats before entering Clubhouse.
