A specialist will identify your specific range of motion limitations and work to improve your muscles’ ability to contract – reducing muscular imbalances while improving overall strength and flexibility.

Located at Sea Island’s Forbes Five-Star Spa, a short walk straight down the lush path from The Cloister main entrance (on your way to the Beach Club).
