Using specialized Pilates equipment. The focus is on strengthening the core, joint mobility and stabilization, stretching and aligning the body. Moderate to high intensity.
Group fitness classes will begin promptly at the designated time. Participants will be counted as a “No Show” and waitlisted individuals will be granted access in their place if not present within 5-minutes of the start time.
Casual workout attire is acceptable and proper athletic shoes must be worn within the Fitness Center. Access to the Fitness Center is restricted to ages 15 and up. To view the full policy, click here.
