Restorative Stretch Fitness Class
A great way to end the day and improve flexibility, breathing, and relaxation. Low to moderate intensity.
Group fitness classes will begin promptly at the designated time. Participants will be counted as a “No Show” and waitlisted individuals will be granted access in their place if not present within 5-minutes of the start time.
Casual workout attire is acceptable and proper athletic shoes must be worn within the Fitness Center. Access to the Fitness Center is restricted to ages 15 and up. To view the full policy, click here.

Located at Sea Island’s Forbes Five-Star Spa, a short walk straight down the lush path from The Cloister main entrance (on your way to the Beach Club). Also features indoor heated lap pool, squash courts, steam and sauna, whirlpool, and cryotherapy.
