Charleston Mahjong Club is a Charleston-based design brand that brings a colorful, playful twist to the classic game of Mahjong. What started as a passion project among friends who loved playing together grew into a lifestyle brand creating fun, club-inspired tile sets and accessories. Each collection celebrates friendship, creativity, and the joy of gathering, making every game a stylish and social experience.
After studying Art at the College of Charleston, Lulie began painting shortly after graduating. Her work is inspired by the joyful people, bright colors, and thoughtful details she is drawn to in everyday life. She hopes each painting feels timeless and becomes something that can be enjoyed and passed down for generations.
Growing up in Winston-Salem, Mary Benson discovered her love of art through afternoons spent painting with her sister. Now based in Charleston, her work is inspired by her love of nature and the peace she finds outdoors. Influenced by post-impressionism and fauvism, Mary creates colorful, textured paintings that combine bold lines, movement, and stained-glass-inspired shapes to bring the beauty and joy of nature into the home.
