Cottage 330

A white picket fence is the first traditional feature you will notice about Cottage 330 – followed by the tabby exterior, Bermuda shutters, and shake roof. The welcoming entryway, with herringbone brick flooring, leads to a spacious living area with vaulted ceiling overhead and heart of pine flooring underfoot. A monumental brick fireplace is the focal point of the room and anchors plenty of comfortable seating. Massive windows flood the space with light and instantly direct your gaze to the marsh just outside.

The dining area, open to the living room but set off by cased archways, features an impressive inlaid dining table with seating for 8 provided by traditional shield-back chairs.

Just steps away is the modern and well-equipped kitchen, with crisp white cabinetry, electric range, and double ovens. A breakfast table serves to separate the kitchen from a casual den holding rattan chairs and a relaxing couch. A brick fireplace is positioned between twin bookcases which house a flat screen television along with numerous collectibles.

French doors lead to a brick-floored sunroom which truly showcases the marsh views thanks to being surrounded by windows. A casual wicker dining table will be a favorite spot for morning coffee or afternoon snacking. Just outside a tabby terrace offers an even closer marsh view along with a gas grill.

If you should tire of the outdoors and nature views, a home theatre can provide entertainment of a different variety. Tiered seating on plush couches, along with a wet bar, ensure pleasant viewing.

The ground floor master suite features a king bed and sitting area. The master bath is spacious with soaking tub and glass shower, walk-in closet, and separate vanity areas.

Upstairs await 3 additional bedrooms, one a spacious king-bedded room with en suite bath, and 2 others each with 2 twin beds.

Cottage 330 is an ideal choice for nature-loving families seeking an idyllic getaway on beautiful Sea Island.
