Burnished wood floors are enhanced by ocean-blue rugs that define the two areas. The dining table, situated beneath an unusual wrought metal chandelier, is a pristine white and seats six in comfort. Plenty of windows allow in abundant natural light. The living area features an enormous plush sectional sofa placed in front of a tabby fireplace and a bookcase holding an impressive collection of shells. French doors lead outside to an expansive tabby terrace that overlooks the lawn area and marsh beyond.

The efficient kitchen offers double ovens, an electric cooktop, plenty of counter space, and pale blue walls that accentuate the crisp while cabinetry. A convenient breakfast table towards the back of the cottage offers a beautiful outdoor view while having that first cup of coffee.

A cozy den is just off the living area, and a short hall leads to the master suite which features a king bed with rattan headboard and allows private access to the terrace. The roomy en suite bath with jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower is across from a large walk-in closet.

Two additional bedrooms, each with private bath, are on the second floor. Each features blue accents amid the comfortable furnishings.
