Sea Island Brand Asset Usage Policy

Sea Island Company, LLC (“Sea Island”) Brand Assets—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, and other proprietary imagery (collectively, “Brand Assets”)—are the exclusive property of Sea Island and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We recognize that groups or individuals hosting events at Sea Island may wish to reference our property or use certain Brand Assets for informational or promotional purposes related to their event. In such cases, limited and internal use of select Brand Assets may be permitted with prior written approval from Sea Island. To request approval, please email [email protected].

Any such use is subject to the following conditions:

1. No Implication of Endorsement or Partnership
   Use of Sea Island Brand Assets must not suggest any endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership between Sea Island and the event organizer, company, or attendees.
2. Restrictions on Marketing Use
   Brand Assets may not be used to market, advertise, or promote any third-party business, event, product, or service, including on websites, social media, digital advertisements, printed materials, or other marketing channels.
3. Source of Assets
   No Brand Assets may be downloaded or reproduced from Sea Island’s official website or social media channels for external promotional use unless Sea Island has expressly granted access and usage rights to those specific materials. Only assets within the Meeting Planning Portal, Travel Advisor Portal, and Public Relations Media Gallery may be used.
4. Right to Revoke Use
   Sea Island reserves the right to withdraw permission for use of any Brand Assets at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. Upon notification, the recipient must immediately cease all use and remove the Brand Assets from all channels, digital or otherwise.
5. Modifications Prohibited
   Brand Assets may not be altered, cropped, manipulated, or combined with other logos or graphics in a way that distorts, misrepresents, or dilutes the Sea Island brand.
6. Approval Process
   Requests for usage and access to approved images or logos must be submitted to Sea Island via Meeting Planning Portal, Travel Advisor Portal, or Public Relations Media Gallery in advance. Any usage without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
