A NIGHT IN VENICE – WINDSTAR CRUISE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD.
The A Night in Venice – Windstar Cruise Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will take place in connection with A Night in Venice at Sea Island on October 31, 2026. (the “Event”). The “Giveaway Period” starts at 7 a.m. ET on September 16, 2026 and entries must be received by 8 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026. The winner will be selected on or about 10 p.m. ET during the Event.
2. ELIGIBILITY.
The Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sea Island, Windstar Cruises, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Giveaway, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by either: (a) completing and submitting the online entry form available at www.seaisland.com/giveaway, with no purchase necessary; or (b) receiving one (1) entry in connection with the purchase of a ticket to A Night in Venice at Sea Island. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. A purchase is not required to enter or win and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
4. WINNER SELECTION; ODDS OF WINNING.
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sea Island or its designee, whose decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding. Winner will be announced live at the Event and subsequently emailed the following day. Winner will have thirty (30) days to respond and, in the event the winner does not respond within the specified period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sea Island may select an alternate potential winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE.
One (1) prize will be awarded.
The prize consists of one (1) stateroom for the winner and one (1) guest aboard Windstar Cruises’ Star Explorer for the Carnival of Venice: Winter Italy and the Dalmatian Coast sailing, departing Venice, Italy, on January 30, 2027, and arriving in Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy, on February 7, 2027.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $5,000.
Stateroom category and location will be determined by Windstar Cruises and are subject to availability. The prize includes only the cruise fare for the winner and one guest and those standard onboard amenities and inclusions applicable to the booked cruise fare.
The prize does not include airfare; transportation to Venice or from Civitavecchia (Rome); pre- or post-cruise accommodations; ground transportation or transfers; passports, visas, or other travel documentation; travel insurance; shore excursions; spa services; specialty purchases; personal expenses; gratuities or fees not included in the booked cruise fare; or any other costs not expressly stated as included.
6. TRAVEL AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.
The prize is valid only for the January 30–February 7, 2027 sailing specified above and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, resold, substituted for another sailing or itinerary, or redeemed for cash or credit.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the specified sailing, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitute prize, cash payment, credit, or other compensation will be provided.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all valid passports, visas, identification, and other documentation required for international travel and satisfy all applicable requirements imposed by government authorities, carriers, and Windstar Cruises.
Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are subject to all applicable Windstar Cruises terms, conditions, passenger requirements, policies, and procedures.
7. TAXES AND WINNER VERIFICATION.
All federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, IRS Form W-9, and/or other documentation reasonably required by Sea Island before the prize is awarded. Failure to complete required documentation within the time specified by Sea Island may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. TRAVEL CHANGES; LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY.
Sea Island and Windstar Cruises are not responsible for itinerary changes, port changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, travel interruptions, weather events, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, illness, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside their reasonable control.
If any portion of the cruise or itinerary is delayed, modified, suspended, or cancelled by Windstar Cruises or another applicable provider, any remedies available to the winner will be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and conditions.
9. RELEASE AND PUBLICITY.
By entering, each person acknowledges that information provided to Sea Island will be used by Sea Island for the purposes of the Giveaway and are governed by Sea Island’s privacy policy available on its website.
By accepting the prize, winner agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sea Island, Windstar Cruises, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sea Island and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sea Island regarding the administration and interpretation of the Giveaway.
Sea Island reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry or winner-selection process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.
Sea Island reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
11. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
(a) The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
(b) BINDING ARBITRATION. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE PRIZE (COLLECTIVELY, A “DISPUTE”) THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED INFORMALLY SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES THEN IN EFFECT. The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator, and, unless the parties agree otherwise, shall take place in Glynn County, Georgia, or, at the entrant’s election, in the county of the entrant’s residence. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §1 et seq.
(c) CLASS ACTION WAIVER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING, MAINTAIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN ANY COURT. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, then that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) shall be severed and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as provided in subsection (f), while all other Disputes remain subject to arbitration.
(d) WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. TO THE EXTENT ANY DISPUTE IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING ARBITRATION PROVISION, THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR EACH KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUCH PROCEEDING.
(e) Right to Opt Out. An entrant may opt out of the arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions of subsections (b) and (c) by sending written notice of the decision to opt out to Sea Island at the address listed below within thirty (30) days after first entering the Giveaway. The notice must include the entrant’s name, address, and a clear statement that the entrant wishes to opt out of arbitration. An entrant who timely opts out will not be bound by subsections (b) and (c) but will remain bound by all other provisions of these Official Rules, including the jury-trial waiver in subsection (d) and the venue provision in subsection (f).
(f) Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, the party raising a Dispute shall first send written notice describing the Dispute to the other party and shall allow sixty (60) days to resolve the matter informally.
12. SPONSOR; PRIZE PROVIDER.

Prize Provider: Windstar Cruises Marshall Islands, LLC
Windstar Cruises’ role as prize provider does not constitute sponsorship or administration of the Giveaway except to the extent expressly agreed to in writing.
